Short answer
Write the brief first: how many, budget per person, delivery date and addresses. Choose an item that suits the branding you want: a different name on each piece needs a digital method such as direct UV printing, while the same logo on thousands of pieces suits screen or pad printing, and textiles suit embroidery or DTF. Approve one branded sample, book packaging early, and work the timeline back from the delivery date.

Write the brief first
Put five things on one page: how many gifts, the budget per person including branding and packaging, the date they must arrive, who they are for, and whether they go to one address or many. Suppliers can only quote accurately against a brief like this.
Match the item to the branding
| You want | Usual method | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| A name on every piece | Direct UV printing or laser | Print here ↗ |
| One logo, thousands of pieces | Screen or pad printing | Screen printing · pad printing |
| Caps, polos, hoodies | Embroidery or DTF | Embroidery · garment printing |
| Tote bags | Screen printing, often by the bag maker | Bag makers |
| Candles or scent | Printed jar plus a gift box | Candle jars · boxes |
We don't list UAE gift wholesalers, because the ones we checked also brand gifts with UV printing, as our related studio does. That keeps this page neutral.

Work back from the date
List every step in reverse: delivery, packing, branding, the approved sample, the item arriving, and the order. Ask each supplier how long their step takes for your quantity, and add time for one sample round. National Day, Ramadan and year-end are the busiest periods; our National Day guide has a week-by-week plan.

Questions to ask suppliers
- Is the item in stock in the UAE, in the quantity and colour I need?
- Which branding method do you suggest on this item, and what is the print area?
- Can each piece carry a different name? What does that add in time?
- How long from approved sample to finished goods for my quantity?
- Do you pack and deliver to multiple addresses?
